Our Promise

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right.

Ready-Made Products

Ready-made products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, email us at contact@kartzystudio.com with your order number and the reason for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are made specifically for you and are non-refundable once production has begun.

That said, if your custom order has an issue — wrong size, wrong color, or a printing defect on our end — contact us and we'll work with you to reprint or refund at our discretion.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized orders (once production has begun)
  • Items returned after 14 days of delivery
  • Items not in original condition or packaging
  • Sale or clearance items marked "Final Sale"

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for ready-made items within 14 days of delivery. Email us to arrange an exchange — we'll coordinate the details with you.
